How to Make the Toilet Paper Roll Sheep
What you need:
- scissors
- glue
- toilet paper roll
- cotton balls
- white paper
- pink paper
- black marker
Step by Step Tutorial
You will need one toilet paper roll for this craft. You can leave it as it is or you can have the kids paint it black.
Start by making the eyes. You can use googly eyes, googly eye stickers or make the eyes yourself by either painting them or cutting them out of paper.
Cut out two small white circles and glue them on the top part of the paper roll.
Using a black marker, draw pupils inside the white circles to give the sheep its adorable gaze.
Next, draw a cute nose and a smiling mouth on the paper roll.
Have the kids a piece of pink (or other) paper in half and draw an ear shape.
Cut it out to create two identical ears.
Have them fold the ends of each ear and glue them on the sides of the paper roll in line with the eyes.
Apply some glue to the bottom part of the paper roll.
Stick cotton balls onto the glue to create the fluffy sheep’s body.
Have them take a few more cotton balls and tuck them inside the top of the paper roll to give the sheep a fluffy head.
