Toilet Paper Roll Stamped Heart Tree

Nothing is easier than making this toilet paper roll stamped heart tree art. It’s a perfect project to make for Valentine’s Day or Mother’s day, either at home or in the classroom.

What we love the most about this project is the fact you can do it with kids of all ages. It’s suitable for toddlers and preschoolers (you’ll have to prepare the stamps) and for older kids that can also make the toilet paper roll heart stamp on their own.

Valentine’s day crafts for kids are all about hearts and love. This is a great holiday to have your little ones celebrate all the important friendships and loved ones in their lives.

How to Make Toilet Paper Roll Stamped Heart Tree

What you need:

  • tree printout
  • paints
  • toilet paper rolls

Step by Step Tutorial

Begin by printing the tree print on the cardstock color of your choice.

Now, pour a generous amount of each of the paints on a flat surface. We like to use paper plates for this purpuse.

Shape each of the toilet paper rolls into a heart (it’s best to use one toilet paper roll for one color, but you can just have kids use the same one for all).

To do this, fold the top of the cardboard roll in and pinch the bottom.

Have kids dip the cardboard roll into the paint.

Stamp the cardboard roll onto the tree.

Continue stamping until you feel the tree is full.

Have kids continue stamping and layering the hearts until they feel your heart tree is full and complete.

Your kids can use a single color or play around with more.

All that’s left now is to let the paint on the heart tree dry. Then, hang it up and show off your kid’s dazzling work of Valentine’s Day art.
