How to Make This Easy Christmas Paper Craft

What you need: 

• Clothing template
• Cotton balls
• String 
• Mini Clothespins
• Construction Paper

Step by Step Tutorial 

If you’re looking for a fun holiday craft, then this is the craft for you! This Christmas activity is great for decorating the house for the upcoming holidays. 

You will start this craft by tracing the shirt and pants template. 

Take your time with this part. You’ll want to ensure the shirt and pants are cut out very nicely. 

Smaller children might need help cutting out the shirt and pants. However, give them a chance to do it first before you jump in.

Fine motor skills are developed at this age. 

Next, you are going to stretch out the cotton balls and add them to the Santa shirt. This is the best part of the craft. 

The final product should look like the picture shown below. You will also add cotton to the bottom of the Santa pants. 

Use a hole punch to add two holes to each end of the blue construction paper. 

Take a string and tie it to each end of the paper. Make the string a little loose so that the pants and shirt can hang lightly. 

Take a white crayon and start adding snowflakes to the blue background. 

Clothespin the Santa outfit to the string.
