Using paper plates as the base of the craft makes it an affordable option that can be done anywhere, anytime.
So, grab some scissors, glue, and markers to make this craft easy.
How to Make the Paper Plate Husky
What you need:
- printable template
- pencil
- scissors
- glue stick
- paper plate
- color paper (pink, blue, gray, white, and black)
- paintbrush
- markers (white and black)
- gray acrylic paint
Step by Step Tutorial
Paint the paper plate with gray acrylic paint.
Cut out the template.
Trace the most significant ear part on gray paper two times.
Draw around the medium inner ear, the mouth, the eyebrow, and the line that goes between the husky’s eyes on white paper.
Trace the minor ear parts (inner ear) and tongue on pink paper.
Now you will draw around the eyes on blue paper.
Draw around the nose and the eyeball on black paper.
Cut them out.
Glue the pink inner ear into the medium-sized white inner ear.
Go ahead and glue them onto the giant gray ears.
Glue the black eyeballs onto the blue eyes.
Glue the white line between the eyes, then the mouth onto the paper plate.
You will also want to glue the eyes, eyebrows, and nose on it.
Glue the heart nose onto the husky.
Draw the mouth with a black marker.
Glue the tongue.
Glue the ears onto the paper plate.
Draw small circles into the eyes with a white marker.
Draw black dots onto the husky with a black marker.
The finished product is this paper plate husky that is easy for kids of all ages!

You can apply a loop of yarn to the back of the paper plate and hang it on a wall.
