DIY Easter Bunny Corner Bookmark
What you need:
- origami paper (or regular paper cut into a square) – pastels colors work great for easter – we wen’t with blue and pink.
- wiggle eye stickers
- white paper
- black marker
- scissors
- glue
You can watch the corner bookmark folding instructions in this video tutorial
Or follow the step by step instructions here
We used black paper to better demonstrate the folding steps.
Fold the paper diagonally. Unfold.
Fold into a triangle (colored side on the outside). Grab hold of the top of the triangle (one sheet only) and fold it toward the bottom of the triangle.
Fold the left and right corner towards the bottom centre of the triangle. Crease and unfold.
Again grab the corner, this time folding it towards the top of the triangle. Crease well. Do the same with the other side.
Now tuck both tops inside the pocket.
You now have your corner bookmark. If you so choose, you can also tuck the “white triangle” inside the pocket.
Now it’s time to turn this DIY corner bookmark into a bunny corner bookmark. Cut ears, teeth and snout and glue them on the corner bookmark. Also add two eye stickers (or just draw your own).

This is my first time at your website. Not only do I love it for my grandchildren, but I volunteer at the local elementary school helping first and second graders who have difficulty reading. Sometimes, we need a project to keep them focused. As a retired teacher, I especially appreciate your site. Your ideas are so helpful, so awesome. Thank you
I love the music in the video! Where can I find it? It would be great to play when my students are working. thanks for the great ideas.
It’s from a musician called BenSound (you can find all his track on his website under that name). We love his music (obviously 😉
This is an adorable project! I did this with a group of first graders today and their little bunnies came out awesome! I am so glad I found this on Pinterest. Thank you for this idea! Have a happy Easter!
