This cute Easter bunny craft is an excellent idea if you’re looking for a simple craft for the upcoming holiday.
How to Make the Cute Easter Bunny Craft
What you need:
- printable template
- scissors
- paintbrush
- pencil
- black marker
- silk ribbon
- craft foam ball (40 mm diameter or more)
- white acrylic paint
- glue stick
- pink pompom
- natural thread
- googly eyes
- color papers (white and pink)
Step by Step Tutorial
Print out the template and then cut it out.
Trace the body and the ears of the bunny onto white paper.
Continue tracing the inside of the ears and the heart onto pink paper.
Trace the bunny’s hands and legs on white paper.
Take a skewer stick and poke it inside the craft foam ball.
Go ahead and add a layer of white paint to the craft foam ball.
Glue the pink ears inside of the white ears.
Place glue on the white piece of paper.
Make a cone-like shape.
Fold the ears and apply glue on the folded part.
Glue the ears onto the craft foam ball.
Glue the heart to the center of the bunny’s body.
Apply glue onto the hands and glue them a bit over the heart.
Draw little toes onto the bunny’s feet.
Fold the feet.
Glue them inside of the cone-like shape at the bottom.
It’s time to add the eyes to the bunny! You can use googly eyes too.
Use the natural thread to add whiskers to the bunny.
Draw a mouth on the bunny’s face.
Add glue to the top of the bunny’s body.
Apply the head.
Tie a pink ribbon around the bunny’s neck.
The final product is this very detailed cute Easter bunny craft.
