Go ahead and glue one craft stick crosswise on the back.
Cut another craft stick in half.
Glue it to create a cross.
Cut out the template.
The Hair
Draw the hair on brown color paper.
The Ears
Draw the ears on beige paper and cut them out.
Draw the inside of the ears on the actual ears.
The Neck
You can draw the neck of the dress on red paper and cut it out.
The Hat
Draw the hat on green paper, and cut it out.
Now start gluing the parts – glue the neck dress first.
Glue on the hair – leave a part of the sticks peeking out on the top.
Now glue the hat over the hair.
Glue the ears behind the sticks.
The Eyes and Mouth
Draw eyes and mouth with black marker.
The Nose
Glue a beige pom-pom on the elf for the nose.
The Smile
